Invited Speaker

Barby Singer is an APA Neurological Physiotherapist and a Fellow of the Australian College of Physiotherapists (ACP) by Original Contribution (Research). She has been involved in many APA and ACP committees over the past four decades and is currently one of two ACP Vice Presidents, and is the overall coordinator for the ACP Specialisation examination program.
