Adrian Pranata

Dr Adrian Pranata is a Senior Lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology and an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Shanghai University of Sports, China. He is the inaugural academic clinical education coordinator for the Swinburne Master of Physiotherapy program. His interdisciplinary research aims to improve the quality and specificity of assessing and managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions, particularly low back pain.

His current research encompasses the integration of brain, muscle and movement assessment in people with low back pain, the development of robotics and exoskeleton technology for rehabilitation and the utilisation of artificial intelligence and biomechanical modelling to enhance musculoskeletal and occupational-related rehabilitation.
